Hi Chi, yes you're right, it is still hard work and a lot of pressure to do, especially at scale in a large org. I've exaggerated the numbers (somewhat) to emphasis a point, but at a company you generally have a pool of potential users or a distribution channel to leverage - which then you must put in hard work to convert to your new product. As a founder, you also need to figure out that preceding step - where those potential users exist in the first place.
