I don't have much of a framework but I know the more jobs I looked at and applied to, the better sense I had for what type of companies and roles suited me, and vise versa. I didn't start out looking at PM roles - but the more I read about them, the more I realised that's where I wanted to be.

I know the role doesn't check *all* the boxes I'm looking for, and that's why I still pursue my own businesses and creative projects on the side. Given your diverse range of skills and interests, maybe that's a route to consider as well.
